How a Referral Works
Step 1
Send the referral
Your office shares the patient’s information and the supporting paperwork for desired DME. We help facilitate paperwork requested by their insurance.

We contact your patient
We reach out to schedule a visit at their home or care facility.

Step 3
We fit them in person
A certified fitter reviews the patient’s history, measures, and recommends the best fit and style for the conditions

We deliver the product
The patient receives therapeutic shoes and inserts delivered in person, making sure they sit right, fit right, and give the support they need.
